Fix window opening off screen
Description
When a dialog is drawn off screen, the user can move it back onto the viewable area as follows.
Press Alt+Space to open the window menu
Press M to select Move
Use the up and left arrow keys to move the window back onto the screen
Press Enter when it is in the desired location
